It must be wild to have so many people you don't even know feeling like they are part of your childhood because they watched you growing up. It's about damn time they include online content in child labour laws worldwide.
A lot of them say they weren't taught anything about "stranger danger" because as kids out in the world, when randoms would shout their names or approach them in public their toxic vlog mommies would get excited and ENCOURAGE them to be nice "to their fans" and take pictures with them.
Others say they wound up with trust issues and are forced to keep a low profile (i.e., can't have open social media like any other normal 20yr old) because randoms STILL feel entitled to them or their time and conversation, because they "watched them grow up" and "feel like they know them".
Something should've been done years ago when all these family channels started popping up that revolved around constantly invading their child's privacy and exposing all their personal business or embarrassing stories for views. Because why are you shoving a camera in your 11yr old daughters face while she's crying and feeling embarrassed about getting her first period or some shyt?? That's SICK. But it's a reason why most of these freaks homeschool their kids. They want, no NEED to have total control over them.
