It kinda does. Doctor's say that 80% of all cancers can be prevented through healthy eating and regular exercise. That sounds like a good reason to live a healthy life to me.

shyt is genetic, either you are likely to get it or you aren't. Nothing you can do to prevent getting pancreatic cancer or prostate cancer you just have to test yearly and hope that if you do have it they can catch it and treat it before its too late.

My good friend's dad had prostate cancer, which is supposed to be one of the ones you want to have because of survivability, but they got it too late and he died after a few months.

Pancreatic cancer is the most deadliest cancer. The lowest survival rates its the worst one you can get.
Man I grew up with, like a uncle, got diagnosed with it, and within a month he was dead.

Gene Upshaw was dead within a week of his diagnosis. Nobody survives it beyond a couple years (for the luckiest of the lucky).
It's the most unfair of all cancers because it's basically impossible to detect early. It only reveals itself in the late stages...
You can feel perfectly healthy but that shyt quietly killing you, then it's too late
