That's not a good point at all. Taxstone had a felony charge on his record, meaning he could not legally have a gun in any state. To make matters worse, he got caught with an illegal semiautomatic that was illegally brought from one state into another. Those are federal crimes, shyt that gets the FBI involved. I think he also got charged with state violations but that's irrelevant when the feds are fukking you on top of that. So the south vs NY laws is irrelevant here.
How could he explain it accurately if he wasn’t there ? And why do y’all nikkaz listen to that weirdo to begin with ?
