Tax didn't like his music but to act like that's the only reason for all this shyt is dishonest. Tax's main reason for constantly dissing Troy Ave and throwing shots at Math Hoffa was because he felt like they picked on soft targets. I watched the whole "My Expert Opinion" episode. Troy Ave sitting in that barber chair and acting like he "bullies the bullies" and shows the utmost respect to everybody else is laughable. He sent Banga to attack Makonnen at SOBs simply because dude tweeted that he didn't like Troy's remix of his record. He disrespected Joey Baddass/Pro-Era and Kendrick Lamar for no reason and them nikkas don't bother nobody. Tax felt like people in the industry were afraid to speak up, so he took the initiative. He basically returned the same energy that Troy Ave put out, tenfold.

It's one thing to say you don't fukk with somebody and keep it moving, but Tax obsessed over the shyt. He constantly said on "Tax Season" how the situation would play out if he ever ran into Troy Ave and his crew approached him. Literally talked about shooting that man multiple times on his podcast. That's where the lines get blurred and you start looking like a hater. Looking back at the situation in hindsight though, knowing Troy's ego, Tax could have said the smallest thing and Troy would have approached him. That's just how he was moving at the time. Tax could have said "I don't fukk with 'New York City: The Album'", went quiet, and kept doing his podcast. Troy Ave would have still checked his temperature when they ran across each other (which was eventually going to happen).

Some people say that Tax should have just took the beating, but ignored that Troy also had guns there. Who's to say if they beat his ass that it would've stopped there? Troy could've ignored the nikka like Banga did at first, but he thought he would look p*ssy in that room full of people if he didn't address the issue immediately. He literally had the upper hand in multiple ways but put himself at a disadvantage. Tax told you over a dozen times what type of time he's on and how the situation would play out. Troy Ave thought he was bluffing, and things unfortunately played out the way they did.

You talking about Cas? He was there in the building but in that moment I thought Tax was dolo.
He was right next to him in the corner on the couch. It's crazy, but after that moment is when he started to get some shine lol

Another rapper disrespects another rapper music usually ends with violence if they bump into each other. e40 vs biggie ring a bell

Joey and em dis Troy first. Troy just did the killshot (no pun intended)

kedrick idk if the “weirdo rapper” line was before or after control. Either way that line is very much true lol

Troy did look like a goofy on Math podcast. Suddenly he's super gangster running down on 50 to get busy and shyt. Acting like he was balling before music when they were traveling to shows in an RV from the 70s. Pure embellishment.
I only watched a lil bit of the interview but he said he was breaking down 8balls, said he was out selling his own cds.

nikkas seemed pretty humble to me.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
nikka what? fukk you talking about. nikka started it.

Y’all making this goofy nikka out to be the victim. That nikka was trying to punk nikkas.

I forget where I’m at. Y’all nikkas don’t stand on nothing anyway. Y’all condone sucka shyt.
I been saying this shyt from the beginning and the fukked up part is how the industry dikkrode Tax just cause they didn't like Troy. I don't even like Troy but the nikka Tax was tryna bully the nikka multiple years and expected the nikka not to press him on some grown man shyt. nikka backed out and it's not like Troy bytched up. He picked up the gun and started clappin back.
