I'm talking about subconscious deep rooted behavior of which we aren't even aware. Not conscious day to day thoughts. For example, why are most men attracted to women who have an hourglass figure? Consciously the average man might say it's because wide hips and a small waist is sexy. The real reason is actually biological. Men are hardwired to prefer women with wide hips because it means that the woman has a wide birth canal for the large brain of the human baby to fit through.

Whether you like it or not, both men and women are hardwired to seek out certain traits in the opposite sex. These traits are typically tied to survival and have existed for millions of years. A promiscuous woman puts the genetic legacy of your offspring at risk because you won't be able to insure paternity. This is the reason most men have a huge problem with marrying promiscuous women. Similarly, women are hardwired to care strongly about a man's ability to protect and provide. If a man can't protect his wife and kid or provide for them then he puts the female's genetic legacy at risk.

This is why women are shamed for being whores (at least in most places outside America) and men are shamed for being weak and/or broke. The most damaging way to shame a woman is to call her a whore while the most damaging way to shame a man is to call him a p*ssy or broke. Its nature. Nothing more.
