Ok sir, so if you have an ADOS woman who is making living wage check to check w/ 2 kids, what are you going to tell them to get them up out of poverty?
I don’t tell them nothing at first.
They sit with me and I analyze their budget with my budget chart.
After that I make recommendations and look up potential benefits they can qualify for. I also look to see if they are overspending on anything.
Most people living check to check are usually overspending on something but never realize it because often times than most they are mentally distracted.
For example if I meet a lady living check to check with 2 kids I would immediately try to observe her spending that involves feeding and clothing her children.
Lots of check to check living people do not know how to shop for groceries properly.
I would also look up her cable bill and cell phone bill plans to see how much per month is she spending on those.
Again when it comes to bills such as these^^ check to check people tend to not understand how to downsize on making those cheaper.
For example the other day I was able to call Cablevision and drop my $257 monthly bill to $193. As a result that’s $768 dollars that goes back to me at the end of the year.
People living check to check also do not understand the importance of looking at long term solutions.
