No knock against anybody trying to get employed...

But am I the only breh that has dreams of creating something huge? Something that could change the landscape of the world?

talk to me brehs, I can't be the only one.
Something huge? No, not for me. But I do want to do R&D. Create things that might never see the light of day. Solving the problems native to that let me flex some creativity.

R&D by definition drives industries, doesn't it? Your exact creations may not be used by the general public, but your solutions might find a place in general culture throughout another medium.

True but not always on a massive scale, and I'm fine with that. I've always wanted back end, non client facing roles. It's just an aspect of my personality that likes to work as the unseen hand.

What about you?

Not yet, I've been interviewing like crazy for a Site Reliability Engineering position (remote) and I think im pretty close to being hired. Passed the tech interviews and now I have to meet the head director and HR. Once I get hired I'm going to start working on my project

Happens all the time. Something IT related would pop up around the house and my dad would be like don't we send you to school for this ? No, no you don't :mjtf:.

I’ve done a word guessing game and a tic tac toe game. Next, I’m going to review Git and do Automate the Boring Stuff.

Any suggestions on what projects, courses, or general topics I do after?

No days off. Review my progress after 100 days on October 7th.
Instead of doing these trivial tic-tac-toe games, work on something that you are interested in. Surely there is something you are interested in that you could turn into a little project. That is the best way to learn because you will be engaged 100% since you like it.

Best way to learn and also the best way to see a grown man cry out of pure frustration...but cosign
