Click again breh, I had to fix the link, it was on part 1, instead of part 3...

Something told me, you were going to click right away...

nah, I only had 5 minutes to spare :troll:

I know what you're getting at. but i don't think it's accurate to say it's just as bad as soda. look at their examples. the chocolate milk and soda had 60-70% more sugar. plus the juice at least has some nutritional value

people should be looking at their diet for ways to reduce their sugar intake

my other issue was you pointing out that soda companies make juice. much of it the form of 'fruit drinks' that contain little juice. but those same evil companies sell bottled water. obviously people can get juice and water that doesn't come from PepsiCo

Fair enough. I think reducing sugar intake is best solution too. Honestly, from my research, America doesn't have a problem receiving it's nutrients from fruits. What we lack in is a major emphasis on green vegetables. Numerous fruits are high calories(relatively) and sugar(carbs), meanwhile most vegetables are super duper low in calories, sugar, carbs and high in nutrients. When I heavy into the nutrition science game, I came to the conclusion that eliminating all juice from my diet would be best the thing to do. Given that I eat enough fruits daily that have relatively high sugar content....

Man my grip is how they're manipulating kids into buying their products through legislation.:yeshrug:

Everything should done in moderation, but from what I remember in HS people would be pounding(before school nutrition, lunch)these drinks on the daily.....

I'm saying man. It's connected, you got kids eating all this highly processed sugary cereals. With parents to being lazy to cook or don't know how to :scusthov:. Kids growing up addicted to fast food. People unaware about adequate portion / serving sizes. Chemically laced foods.

Man I had to put down this cake today I saw on sale for $5.00. I got one a few weeks ago and killed in one day. It didn't occur to me until recently to look at the ingredients, and what do I find, a typical list of chemicals that mess with dopamine levels. I swear that cake felt like a high. :ahh:
