They will only be successful as a collective...honestly they ain’t going anywhere if they start doing their own shyt only

I watched their performance at made in America on tidal like 2-3 weeks ago ...it seemed like they don’t even rock with each other like that anyway ...daboii wasnt there...and they just kinda stand to their side, rap their verses, and get out ..no stage chemistry , interactions or even appearance of giving a fukk ...and I’m sure that festival was a big look for them

Not sure if it’s always been like that though

Seen them perform at SXSW earlier this year. Same thoughts. HAd the crowd rocking though

T.O. goin nowhere fast solo. Truth be told I never was big on him outside of a hook here and there. Daboii is the star and Slimmy got the energy.
it's his voice for me man. His voice just doesn't fit on certain tracks. He's a good writer though

Daboii and Slimmy the one who's shyt I listen to the most
I like Lul G too.

Yeah he wants to he a singer and he just can't sing or harmonize on verses:yeshrug:

DaBoii got that classic Crestside Mac Dre vibe amd with the right team he can blow. I still don't know why they haven't put this song on any streaming service. This my favorite song they've done.

This was when I first started paying attention to him.

I just watched the Made In America and man that was bad. Like you said, they were just barely going through the motions.

They used to have so much energy.

Daboii seems the most experience out of them. As in he actually goes into details when he's rapping about every day ignant street shyt.
my shyt

a track like 'sum it up' shows his range when it comes to song making

He should work on some of his enunciation though. Sometimes he cramps couple of words too fast together. Us Bay nikkas may understand him, but others might not.

I been on a serious DaBoii kick and man.....he really is Mac Dre reincarnated. He doesn't have the wordplay (people forget how dope Dre was as a pure MC) but he has the slick lines and natural persona down pat.

Very few artists can do a video like "Sum It Up" or "Onna Gang" and with them just walking down the street or sitting in a car but keeping your attention the whole time with no chorus.

This was such a terrible interview they did Friday with Sway. You just could tell there was tension and that are only doing this out of label obligations. It's a shame because now they're finally getting the major looks between Black Panther, NBA 2K19 & Empire Records. T.O.'s look when Sway asked where Lul G was told it all.

Daboii & Slimmy B didn't talk much and you could instantly tell T.O. is focusing on his solo career. He kept saying "we'll still be fam even if we don't rap together." In a way he kept making the interview about him, but if the others aren't gonna talk and you're focused on a solo career, :yeshrug:. But it came off in a way that wouldn't make anybody want to check for him or the group. That and the way they kept editing the freestyle due to them messing up. Daboii shined a lil tho.

It reminded me of this interview:mjcry:
