I know it's become kind of running gag but Batman with prep time is pretty unbeatable brehs.
Spiderman would whoop Batman something fierce if the 2 of them just went at it but Batman ain't gonna engage an enemy of that magnitude until he's discovered his weakness and found a way to exploit it.

So you're saying he'd kidnap someone close to him then because that's really the only way to get to Peter. Or he'd shoot him. So in order to beat spider-man he'd have to resort to doing stuff he isn't down with..becoming a villain
He couldn't even shoot him since Bpiderman is legit fast enough to dodge bullets and has his spider sense that would let him know the shot was coming beforehand.
Exactly. So with that said, he'd have to succumb to the alien symbiote which would negate the spider-sense and level the playing field. That's if he could control it but I'm sure all of the batman fans will say he can control the symbiote...with prep time

Once Batman found out who Spidey really was (and he would)... he'd just attack from the shadows with like a bat-taser or something when Peter least expected it and knock him out cold. Then he'd probably inject him with some kinda chemical compound that neutralized his spidey powers.

Breh the spider-sense don't stop once he's out of costume though. Shadows or no shadows, he'll suspect any attack unless it's from someone who can dull the spider-sense (Venom). And who's to say Peter wouldn't figure out that Bruce is Batman? Let's not act like he's an idiot.

Spider Man has some of the best reflexes and agility in comics...he's not getting shot or taking a direct hit from Batman unless he's trying to save someone from falling off a bridge at the same time.
