I mean if you struggling with Daredevil or Spiderman and you supposed to be a Boss villain nikka, do you think crazy bad ass nikkas like Bane and Death Stroke or any decent villain is going to follow you and do what you say. The whole premiss is kinda off then. If that's the case you might have a hard time intimidating Shredder and some Foot soldiers to work for you.

I looked at it as me being a Kingpin/Luthor type villain where I can't beat these guys on my own but I have the resources to hire the best that money can buy to work for me.

Like seriously, Bane/Deathstroke would kill Daredevil outright. They'd might have some problems with spidey, but nikkas forget Bane a smart motherfukker (don't worry, half of the writers do too ). This the nikka that found out Bats' identity, found his SECRET BATCAVE, then whooped that motherfukker like he stole candy from the poppy store , then broke his back.

Same can be said for Deathstroke. When the dude is wrote good, he is trading with Batman with ease.

EDIT: Bane would find out Spidey's secret identity (dude doesn't hide it that well tbh ), find his trash apartment, kill Mary-Jane or capture her while he there, then make Spidey humble.

Spider Man is stronger than Bane...he would break his neck if he hurt Mary Jane.
