I've been listing album cuts throughout this thread. I am not going to keep repeating posts. And see you keep inserting your own biases. You the only person on here I've seen diss "Ryde or Due Chick" and I've never witnessed that song dissed offline. And again, Jay songs like "Come and Get Me" and "Its Hot" (footage of him performing this at the Tunnel shows the crowd going crazy) and you're talking about Tim was all radio jingles.

Timbaland is widely regarded Top 10 as a Hip Hop producer. Everybody from Fat Joe to Rakim to Nas to other producers in Hip Hop hold Timbaland in high regard.

Exactly.

Timbaland and Swizz weren't even needed. Both of them are capable of making beats on the fly. Tim had his own set during the MCHG tour where he was remixing his own beats. Years ago, he made a beat live for freestyle Friday on 106 & Park. Swizz makes beats on the fly too. Their "battle" at Summer Jam was a matter of which DJ had the better playlist.

Breh you spend most of your time on here arguing against what is popular on The Coli. You started this thread because Timbaland is more "beloved" on here while Swizz is "snubbed", but you want to accuse me of being "caught up in what's popular on here. If you were out here like you say you are and Swizz, you wouldn't waste your time making threads trying to rewrite history and spread false narratives on a message board. You go so hard against what's popular because you simply want your opinion to be accepted as fact. Your whole angle is discrediting anything that is popular that you don't like. You come up with BS to support your statements instead of actual facts. "You don't go outside" or "you weren't there" are garbage copouts and exit plans becuase you know your arguments have no legs. Yet, when someone presents something that is concrete, you try to discredit it. There was no being shell shocked at what happened at Summer Jam because

1) There wasn't a clear winner

2) It didn't change anything one way or another

If there was a clear winner, Swizz wouldn't be out here taunting Tim to drop an album on the same day. Even at the end, Swizz is the one that wanted to continue the battle on a different date. He didn't do this after battling Just and he didn't do this after battling Kanye.

The fact is that Jay did perform it and it got a huge reaction. It's clearly an album cut that people loved. They already knew the words and the song was new. Its obviously a joint that they were on before he performed it.

Lack of logic? Normally when people win, the winners aren't the ones taunting the loser for another battle and asking to drip records on the same day. The winner also wouldn't be the one asking for a joint tour with the loser.

This is mainly Swizz. He issued the challenge to begin with. He didn't challenge Kanye to drop an album on the same day. He didn't challenge Just. He didn't offer a tour to Just or Kanye. In fact, after he battled Just, he called out Tim. It was an overwhelming response in regard to him beating Kanye and Just qnd Swizz quickly moved on to something else after beating both.

The conversation was whether Murda Muzik was bigger than Eve's debut. You claim to be a "culture guy" so it is completely contradictory to use mainstream props to prove your point when you've been dismissive of "mainstream props" in the past. And you don't have any "business". You're posting on a public forum, so its everybody's "business".
