Hurts can break tackles and throw dimes under pressure. Trey hasn't shown he can do any of the in the NFL yet :sadcam:
Jalen wasn’t doing what he’s doing now after his rookie season when he started only 4 games. But he got a chance to play while developing his game being a high-ceiling, dual threat QB. And we see the results

It’s true that Trey hasn’t yet shown he can consistently do what Jalen’s doing. But Trey’s got the talent to do it. He’s just gotta make his opportunities count

Regardless, seeing Jalen Hurts’ development is why Kyle/Lynch did the right thing drafting Trey a couple of years ago. If you have a shot to take a high-ceiling QB, you gotta take it. It was clearly a risky pick that hasn’t paid off yet but it was always a risk worth taking

I'm not worried, I'm curious.
Hurts has a good feel on when to break tackles. Trey tries to run over linebackers.

Hurts gets down safely when he needs. And only runs through defenders when he is going low.

Again Trey needs experience so he can realize what he can and cant get away with.

Well he hasn't even played a string of consecutive games. Along with the dumb ass play calling. What do you expect. :heh: Trey shouldn't be compared to anyone. All other QBs have way more game experience. Unless you are talking about this past class with Malik, Howell, and Ridder. shyt Trey hasn't played that much more than them. :dead:

I've seen several times avoid pressure and not take the sack. That was a huge relief to see because that was one of my biggest complaints Jimmy. He'll have time to at least get out the pocket and through it away, but he'll take the sack.

The one plus about the nfc championship loss is listen to more Bay Area sports heads openly question Kyle in ways that they would in the past.

A number of people such as middlekauf and haberman, the roast guys on 95.7 the game are openly questioning Kyle’s playcalling and decision making in big games which is kind of new. Kawaksi even asked if the niners window is close to closing
its a qb league, it comes to the qb. he learned the hard way jimmy isnt taking you anywhere and what happened weeks ago is not really anything he could control.

He choose not to protect Brock you don’t use Tyler Kroft to block a 17 sack pass rusher with no safety net on a long developing seven step play action pass. Haberman and maddelkof actual reviewed the entire Super Bowl to see how many times the chiefs did what Kyle did and found no instance of it. Their back up te blocked him on a screen any either time there was another person blocking with him

West coast offense especially an outside zone one you’ll get a TE on the edge to block. It’s pretty common. The problem was Purdy patted the ball instead of letting it fly. McGlinchy also
blew his block. shyt was just unfortunate. As for people calling for Kyles job. They’re fkn dumb. Aint no way I’m bushing a coach who’s been in multiple playoff pushes since he’s been here FOR WHO

Then why not have George kittle block? Kyle chose a play then decided to put a back up te who didn’t dress last week on the eagles best pass rusher. Purdy is a rookie, him taking a second longer to process should be understood by Kyle of all people. Mcglintchey always blows his blocks but Hassan wasn’t his responsibility he was Krofts.

I haven’t heard any of those dudes call for Kyle’s job but they are now being more critical of his decision making which is a good thing
