Man…. The most relieving thing about catching that L last weekend is knowing had we won.

Purdy was gonna be out for the SB no questions asked.

Not sure if Jimmy would’ve been ready in 2 weeks. But I know how half of y’all feel about him. That probably would be a lot to put on someone coming off an injury and not playing on like 10 weeks to have their first game back be the SB.

And then if Josh was gonna be the starting QB. We probably catching that L.

McGlinchey is considered at worst the 3rd best free agent tackle and this years tackle prospects suck. Been saying even average tackles are getting paid.

I don't think these are good reasons to give McGlinchey the kind of money he's gonna be asking/getting. If this is a shytty year to get a replacement RT then I much rather sign a stop gap and aim to get someone better next season either in the draft or FA. My biggest fear with McGlinchey is giving him a long term deal that will cost us too much money. It might look OK in year 1 but year 2, 3, 4 we are gonna be about what to do with him.
