Been wasting money getting the helicopter to pick me up after missions when I could've pressed start and hit "Return to ACC" :snoop:
Wow.....I didn't know that either....

NBA 2K has an impressive enough library to warrant a nod into the goat game series imo

I dunno but I can say without any hesitation that Phantom Pain is one of the most fluid and engrossing games I have ever touched.
I've had it right at 72 hours and it's already in my top 10 - 15 of all time.
Kojima really delivered magic with this one.
As far as recreating that magic feeling, it's up there with San Andreas, Fallout 3, and Mass Effect 2 for me.
I haven't played anything that's pulled me in like this in years.

Zero load times, zero texture pop in, zero framerate dip. What the fukk.:wow:

I don't have a next gen system, so I haven't played past 3, but I can get with MGS being a top 5 series of all time.
From what I've played, Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Street Fighter, and maybe Castlevania and Metroid are among the few franchises that are really up there with it.

Final Fantasy has had some gems (4 was a game changer, 6 and 7 are classics, and 9 is underrated. 8 was decent but marred by a :dahell: battle system), but it feels like it's trailed off in a real weird direction after X. :patrice:

Snake Eater is the truth. That feeling when you successfully sneak up on cats, CQC interrogate them, hold them up, and choke them out without killing anyone or being spotted :banderas:

Its top 5 for sure, they're good games. I can see how someone can fall in love with the entire MGS lore and everything
