I'm surprised they wouldn't have The Rock wrestle on RAW. Given how concerned they are with Ratings, I'm amazed they haven't scheduled a RAW match a week in advance and promote it heavily.

"For the first time in over a decade, The Rock will wrestle on RAW".

R=G would be looking like this after The Rock wrestled and gave ratings a short boost

I thought the Punk/Jericho feud sucked as a fan of both of them. But I thought it sucked because of the way they did it. I would have been fine with just them feuding over who was the best in the world, didn't need Y2J talking about his family being addicts. That would work for a Punk storyline but not with Jericho.

Yup, lotta people in this thread fronting like champs have always worked every televised show when that simply wasn't the case.

There was a time when a BIG deal was made about the champ being on free television.

Even during the height of the Monday Night Wars Hogan wasn't on TV every week and he damn sure didn't wrestle every week.

The point being, you don't give away stuff for free that people are willing to pay for.
