Why have him wrestle on Raw where 3-4 million people can see how crappy he is in the ring when you can have him only wrestle on PPV's and only a few hundred thousand will see how flabby and sick he is.

I get what you're saying, but there's no reason why they can't have him appear in tag matches from time to time to shake off some of that ring rust.
