It used to be a rarity to see certain guys on free TV. Seeing top guys wrestling nearly ever week on TV takes away some of the incentive of buying a PPV.

Particularly if it's one of the main event champs. Them wrestling on TV should be a rarity and them defending their titles on free TV shouldn't happen more than once or twice a year and a HUGE deal should be made about it.

Not being as great as he once was =/= him being garbage, but when fans have high expectations for you people tend to use hyperbole to intellectualize their disappointment when you don't live up to those expectations. I never had high expectations, he id doing exactly what I expected him to do.

He's doing his goofy comedy promos, his matches aren't good. This is what my expectations were.

I think most people remember him from the glory days when they were teens, i`m using that analogy for those people.

To me he's the same old thing, I never thought it was great when I was younger so I don't have this tarnished glory feeling they do due to growing up.
