Of course they are. Boxers are more or less independent contractors, UFC fighters are getting whatever Dana tells them they're going to get, even though I'm not sure how you got the nerve to make this thread with no evidence whatsoever inside of it.

Andre Dirrell and Sakio Bika got $500k and $700k respectively to fight on the undercard of this past weekend's boxing card on Showtime.
Omar Figueroa, in the opening match of the card got $270k.
