what the hell are you talking about ?! Where are you getting this ? Now everyone is racist hates Asians ? More than we hate Germans ? Russians? Caucasians ?
you guys kill me with acting Lin is Jackie Robinson or something if he plays well he will get props where was this racism during Yao mings time ?
Thank you.
i get it. so the random asians from queens have nicer games than j lin but they arent in the league...damn let's hope that they form their own version of and 1 mixtapes to showcase how they belong in the league and never got a fair chance. i could picture it now..
soy sauce replaces hot sauce, Ng replaces AO, the emperor replaces the professor...
this thread is beginning to smell like ballers who feel they never got a fair look from the league and that lin made it purely off him being asian and a feel good story
what a shame when you consider who our president is and relected at that... nba tea party up in here on some "taking our league back" haha
The fukk does them not being in the league have to do with my point of my BLACK ass and my BLACK peers from Bklyn, Harlem, Boogie, and Queens NOT giving a fukk about their race. Where is the fukking relation? You have no idea what your talking about. The point is, since you cant seem to find it, that Lin is no SURPRISE to anyone who has been playing organized basketball for a decent amount of years. All across the nation there are Asian guards who may or may not be good enough for the league but are definitely worthy of college scholarships and can definitely ball. If you can ball, other ballers will respect you no matter your ethnicity, color, weight, height, etc. But when you consistently show flaws in your game, despite lighting up a stat sheet and highlight reels, of coursee the next competitor is gonna go out of his way to expose you. Especially if he feels your shine is undeserved. Of coursee.
Again, Jeremy needs to shut up and put up. I don't know if he is doing this shyt intentionally or he keeps getting baited into these questions, either way he better start letting his game talk for him. Because no matter how many jerseys he's selling, how much his contract is, how many magazines he covers, there are still a TON of NBA fans and analysts who are NOT convinced. And they're not wrong for feeling that way. You and others can blame his poor play of late on coaching, but you can't blame that on race.
And I'm not sure whether or not that if that "baller's never got a fair look" comment was specifically for me, but unlike Jeremy Lin, I definitely wasn't hurting for scholarship offers during high school. I do not envy or feel any kind of resentment toward Jeremy Lin in relation to my own career. Ironically, Jeremy has been crying that never got a fair look mess for a while now. Like seriously man, coaches is giving scholarships to nikkas with 1 hand, but I'm suppose to be convinced Lin can't get one because he's Asian.
