didn't need a lawyer, I wrote the officers and the police department a Writ in the nature of discovery which is a legal and lawful document anybody can write challenging them on there legitimacy for stopping me, confiscating my vehicle, arresting me. I asked them to produce all records whether Journal entries, audio, video...etc or any other instruments to dispute my claim. I put the obligation back on them to prove their case. The problem is folks don't know their rights. I even printed out the officers oath they took which is public record and they swore to abide by the constitution. I wrote a lot on that Writ. I sent certified to Court house in newark, the prosecutors office and the police department.

Im driving my shyt with my girl (bytch aint want to drive that day) I pull up to my job to drop myself off, she's getting out to switch sides, and a police car pulls up behind me. Keep in mind that im not parked, and the slot for dropoffs was full, so I pulled behind everybody so she could just pull off when I got out. Cop tells me im illegally parked, and asks for license. I had recently missed a repsponsibility fee payment so my shyt was resuspended 2 days prior, so the cop asked to search the car and told me to get out.

Turns out I had 3 bags of loud in my book bag that I forgot about, and a scale somewhere in the car. So im thinking im good, ill just get a short term probation for posession right.............. These nikkas hit me with intent to distribute and seized my Charger. The detective told me I gotta pay 2500 to get my car back, im like WTF, I aint bout to pay that shyt.

So I go to court for the actual criminal charge, and the weed case was completely dropped cause I have my marijuana card. So I go back to tell the detective it was dropped, and I legally had that weed. Yall know this mothafukka aint give a fukk about the case, and the 2500 stood.

So im thinking that this is illegal, I aint do shyt wrong and the case was dropped. But with the laws here in America, drug seizures are part of the civil law system, and the result of your criminal case has no bearing on what was seized.

So after doing a little research, I have seen that this shyt is criminal and a scam for cities/states to make money. the laws started in 1970, and was used against drug dealers to take things that could have been bought with drug money. Every couple of years that went by, they added more and more shyt to make it impossible for people to get their shyt back, even if 100% innocent.

My options are this, pay the 2500 to get my shyt back, or pay a 250$ bond to take them to court for it, in which im 100% sure I would win, however, they must keep the car at the towing yard and the storage fees will continue to go up daily. So I would have to pay for a lawyer, and pay the storage fees months from now, keeping me from going to work and getting charged daily.

This is some bullshyt, how the fukk can America get away with this?????? Once again, its an attack on the middle class and the poor who cant afford to fight it. After reading about other cases, there was a guy who comitted suicide cause his car and home was seized cause his son got caught with 20 pounds of weed and lived there. His pops had nothing to do with it, but they still took his shyt and left his whole fam struggling, so dude killed himself. There are other storied that just makes me sick as fukk. This shyt aint right, and its fukked up cause police precincts get a percentage of what the property/item is sold for, which shows as bonuses to all the cops in that precincts. That makes this shyt a bounty for hoe ass street police, no matter what the amount is, they can come and seize whatever the fukk they want if the cop "SAYS" there is a suspicion of a crime comitted with the vehicle or the house or whatever, or if there is a suspicion that it was bought with illegal funds. They dont even need proof, they can do whatever the fukk they wany.

There are literally millions of cases going on like this where shyt was taken for shyt like 1 bag of weed, or 4-5 pills not in the pill container. shyt is sickening. How the fukk did this country pull that shyt off?????
