It's an awful look! It's not even close to good but I don't believe that's what they're going for based on what I read the other day and just based on what they've been talking about for the movie. I don't think Nick is going to go too far off the reservation from their new cartoon, which, quiet as kept, is very dope.

That's not their design and you damn well know that, they're being mo-capped and will be the most realistic looking turtles to date. You see how good Caesar looked in Rise of The Planet of The Apes, that's what they're doing with this film. The franchise will most likely blow up as a result of the movie similarly to the Transformers franchise after the 2007 film.

but i still stand by my point. would u rather a dude with those credits try to recreate the version of the turtles we love (and make a mockery in the process)? or tell the best version of the story he's capable of telling... even if it differs from our expectations?

personally, i like seeing different interpretations of comic characters. so long as it's done well, of course. but it's like dracula or frankenstein.

Oh nah I'm not disagreeing with you breh I'm just trying to get the topic off of Michael Bay since there seem to be a belief amongst a lot of people that he's directing this. His company is producing and he picked the director. I want to see him do with Turtles what he, the writers (who wrote Ghost Protocol) and Kevin Eastman or Peter Laird came up with
