Fox films, if your name ain't Wolverine, Xavier, Magneto or Mystique, most of, if not all characterization is b*stardized at best, if not totally forgotten or non-developed at worst. Storylines and plots were hit or miss too. That ain't no damn opinion breh.

Also, the whole argument about why's marvel doing such and such, seems to gloss over that it is Fox that isn't willing to sell the rights back at all or make a deal with mahvel that benefits them boy like Sony did. I get that they don't have to but, still, they forced Disney/Marvel's hand to put more effort into their own stuff rather than try to spread the wealth with the properties they don't have movie rights over. I don't think it's self-sabotaging so much as the care that could've/would've went towards X-men is going towards their currently own properties, which just is at their (X-men/FF) expense.

But I could have that issue with every comic book movie ever made if I wanted to get into the nitty gritty of it but I don't. All I'm saying is, if you tell me that I should get on them for not making better flicks and I say "Hey I kinda like this list of flicks here..." that doesn't mean I have no fault with them at all nor does it mean I feel they have nothing that could be improved upon. What it does mean is that I enjoy those movies and take issue with the idea that they're terrible or that they should just make better movies if I like the ones I named.

But even then, how you feel about those interpretations aren't fact. I've debated Tobey's spider man interpretation ad nauseam here and some cats like it. I can't change their opinions nor will I say that mine is fact. For them, it worked, for me, it most certainly didn't lol even at 15. Did I fukk with juggernaut? of course not. But I didn't fukk with much in that movie. But at the same time, I can point to my cousins or other members of my family who love those movies and don't have the same issues a lot of us would. That's not a diss to them or a diss to us, just pointing out the discrepancy and how "fact" is a funny word when we're talking about interpretation. Shyt in my mind, Daniel Craig and Sean Connery are tied for best Bond ever. Period. But to a lot on here, it's all about Pierce and Roger Moore. It is what it is

I mean I guess man. For me, the bond shyt should be fact much like Tobey but it's not because everyone is different and everyone has different things they like about a character or don't. I don't see it that way at all. For someone like my cousin who has a faint knowledge it's about what works for her. The percentage of the population who read comics is insignificant next the percentage who see movies. The people who just see the movies and are casual fans don't care about that shyt. And ultimately that's how a movie becomes successful.
