Way I see it....the build up for the Inhumans......correct me if I am wrong, but an "Inhumans" movie is the last movie in Phase 3. They have also been trying to build them up in the Agents of Shield show. Its all part of the plan.

this shyt been in the making for a long time...marvel aint getting the xmen movie rights back, so they have tried everything to put the inhumans over (pushing them left and right, killing off mutants and not creating new ones, even changed ms marvel to an inhuman, etc.), but people just aint into them like that cause no matter what, they are still considered xmen knockoffs.....so, marvel has realized the only way to put them over is to have them go over (kill) the ones people care about....hence black bolt setting off the terrigan(sp) mist bomb to create more inhumans, that literally kills off mutants, and then having inhumans vs xmen to close it out....
what's sad is that marvel knows that people still care about the xmen...that's why they used the xmen to put over the avengers too....

And iron man created ultron and made spider mans suit in the films and did a bunch of other shyt he didn't do in the comics.

Amazing Spider-Man 2 made money but wasn't the success that Sony wanted. Plus it was supposed to be the springboard for an extended Spider-Man cinematic universe with films starrinf The Sinister Six and Venom. Plus the negative publicity from the email hacks and other films that weren't successful forced Sony to make a deal.
