I've been kinda saying this for 5 years or so, Kia makes a very solid vehicle but the price points on their vehicles shouldn't pass the 40k mark on the window sticker. Once you enter that 50k mark, yes Kia provides great value for the money but Kia's demographic has gotten a lot younger, you're talking about value based millenials and budget conscious family vehicles. At 50k you're competing with the upper level Infiniti's, Beamers, Mercedes and Audis. I've driven the Cadenza when it first dropped and considered a K900 but didn't go with either because while the actual interiors and tech were nice, the driving was blah. If Kia was smart they would just spend that time jazzing up the Cadenza or maybe making a limited edition with a twin turbo V6 and leave it at that. The Stinger is a very nice car and it's loaded with value but people who buy 50k cars want to be seen in some way or another and not in a Kia.
