What real shooter would walk up on someone's car in front in all those people right before doing a drive by lol? Just because dude walked up on them doesn't mean he was the shooter. Gene Deal wasn't in Big's car when it got hit bro so he has no leg to stand on. And Cease was too busy ducking the incoming fire just like everyone else in the car to really make any identification. They all couldn't even agree on the color of the car that did it
