After you make poisoning people illegal you dont need to make laws/regulations for every specific instance or type of poisoning...

Its impossible to remove risk completely, and my position is that the benefits(if any) the FDA provides are not worth the cost.

Read up on the food industry over the last 100 years. Not saying that to be rude, but its interesting and you might come across some things you didnt know before.
