I think Eazy E was misdiagnosed and never had HIV. I have a strong feeling he was living with Lupus and it was misunderstood that it was AIDS and he was improperly treated which led to his death.

False-positives can occur and it makes total sense considering none of his children and mothers was contacted with it, he never should traditional signs of HIV and it is almost impossible to abruptly get full blown AIDS overnight.

Eazy was ignoring the symptoms until his immune system was beat to death. Look at any pics/video of him from 94. Dude was in denial and obviously trying to protect his image because and it would look wild to announce that you have a disease that’s linked to the gay community — which was very true.

Even tho you had someone prominent like Freddie Mercury announce that he had the monster and was dying, that stigma was too powerful to shake for alone in the early 90s. Freddie died like 20 days after Magic retired in 1991 so it was clear that HIV/AIDS was taking no prisoners. Heck, Arthur Ashe died in 93. So Eric was playing Russian roulette with his life by then.

I dont have supreme medical knowledge like that so I dont know what lupus does to your body. as far as I know he died from aids... him being given full blown aids through a needle or whatever has always been the conspiracy. Dudes in this thread are saying Eazy fam denied he ever had it. I've watched a ton of Eazy Vids/interinterviews and never heard any of them say he didn't have aids.


But the part people in this thread keep avoiding is the FACT that none of his children or their mothers had it. They're coming up with their own theories and spewing it as fact "he knew he was sick as early as 93" nobody wants to comment on none of his children having it though. He was obviously fukking them raw and conceiving children. I believe I had a kid as late as 93 before the final one was born after his death.

But they’d be crazy to say that they didn’t see anything out of the ordinary because by mid/late 94 he was at doctors because of the cough. And their first album came out in mid 1994.

Look at the For The Love of $ video. Dude was already skinny by that point but still wearing his “stocky” clothes.




Peep how much heavier he looks in the Real Motherfukkin Gs video a year earlier in 93 — with the rounded face. By the end of that year he was already getting sick for real.

Not every man that has hiv who smashes women automatically gives them hiv or passes it on to the children.. sounds like they were extremely lucky …btw a doctor came forward and said eazy gave the 2 of his patients hiv none which he had kids with tho …. So if they were repeatedly having sex with him during the time period that he had AIDS, they were damn lucky, but it's not like it's some impossible odds. Even someone who had sex with him 30-40 times over that period would have better-than-even chances of not catching it.

With HIV it takes significant TIME and a visibly noticeable frailty of health before it goes to full blown AIDS.
