So Did We Forget Hitman Absolution Is Dropping Tomorrow?

I got the game, beat it. Had a great time doing it. This is a fun ass game. Even with the cops chasing me. That episode where you had to escape the cops to the train was fun. Of course the cops didn't know who they were chasing.
But I must have wasted an entire day on Contract mode. Upgrading weapons, sending contracts to my friends. Its crazy. I think they did right by not have mulitplayer. Contract mode is just fine.

Havnt played the rest of the series, but the amount of ways u can choose to kill your target makes this shyt addicting, I replayed one mission because I wanted to poison his drink instead of the previous time where I just slit his throat

I got a contract where I was supposed to use the sniper rifle on that judge and not be seen....MAN!!!!! Two to three hours figuring that out!!! Contracts is fun as hell!

other hitman games:

you walk around like a BAWSE exploring, doing social stealth and planning the way youre going to eliminate. you ARE a KILLER and a mastermind

this game: constantly hiding like a bytch from cops and always on the run...using cover, xray vision and gay ass instinct (, get it ?)

this game is a mix of splinter cell (the bad one), batman and deus ex:hr and a bit of hitman.


its a very good stealth game. it aint a hitman game

Sounds like you are describing CONTRACT mode. Because that is exactly what happens in CONTRACT mode. And play on Purist if you don't like that Xray vision shyt. Its a Hitman game. I don't know what else to tell you.

The game responds to how you play. If you are hiding like a bytch from the cops that is your decision. I throw a bottle fiber wire their ass and quietly assassinate everyone on the board without being seen. Or set off an explosive when they come checking a safe that I opened. And the gun range stage...Man I doubt you even played the game.

its just not really a hitman game like that. it has some missions close to hitman, but most are linear and boring in terms of exploration. so if u are a huge hitman fan...especially BM and the first one, you'll be disappointed...

Its better than BLOOD MONEY. Yeah I said it. I went back and played Blood Money before this came out and Absolution>Blood Money.

Id expect it from thief, deus ex, sc and games like that...but not hitman.

You need to practice then. Memorize those routes. Did you even play Blood Money? You could head butt and two piece nikkas in that game. And hiding in the closet is from ALL Hitman games!?!?

Visually, and control-wise Absolution is great and better than any Hitman before it. That was always the issue, fussy controls and shytty hit-detection. Bland character models. Absolution fixed that. The game feels great and looks even better.

A better engine doesnt make it a better game tho. Blood Moneys worst levels are better than most of the Absolution levels. Even the story in BM was more entertaining and surprising

Im telling you, if they make a DLC with more levels like Chinese New Year and Streets of Hope (best levels in this game), it could be a classic. Im just not feeling the story-driven Uncharted-style point-A-to-point-B levels.

Some awesome levels are broken into small parts of larger missions which is frustrating when you want to replay certain bits. And then, an entire mission might involve you killing one single person in a desert and then getting back in your car...end of mission lol

my point is on purist, disguise is nearly pointless-it becomes a purely stealth game like, say, MGS. whats the point of disguise if you STILL have to fukking hide and be out of sight.
in previous hitmans, once you got a certain outfit, you were free to roam ceratain areas. unrealistic, yea. much more fun ? fukk yea

I don't even know where to begin on this BM's story was more entertaining and surprising. At the end of Blood Money you come out of a coffin and do a PRE Absolution Point Shoot.... Blood Money was cool. But Absolution is just better, I'm sorry. My favorite level in Blood Money was the Casino hit and the Heaven and Hell Party, but the Terminus Hotel in Absolution? China Town? The Strip Club Level? The Lab Level? The City of HOPE? Really? People are complaining about evading the police, but the truth is they just can't handle it. Hey it happened to me I got pissed a couple of times when I was trying to make it to chinatown the second time without being seen but to say this isn't a Hitman game is complete bullshyt. Next thing we will be hearing is that Assassin's Creed 3 is the best Assassin's Creed ever made...Which is BULLshyt.

In this Hitman you find the RIGHT outfit you can go anywhere within the stage. You gotta find that RIGHT outfit. One that not too many other characters are wearing. Like a Scarecrow outfit, the chipmunk outfit, or even the judge's robes. If you want to have fun...play on Easy. When I get frustrated on Purist, I jump to Easy and let the massacre begin.
