Some of u clowns just trollin for the hell of it.

Aint nobody in the league doin what Blake is doin.:stopitslime:

What is Blake doing that isnt being set up by a good pass?

What is his go to move on the block? If the spin is taken away from him he aint got shyt.

Dude has no offensive moves at all. That much was exposed during the playoffs this year, and everyone saw it. Blake Griffin is the most limited "star" player in the league.

Im not saying he is a bum but what im saying is it damn sure isnt a lock he should make the team. Cats in here talking about he can make it just on potential. fukk outta here!

He does have moves, his youth was really shown in the playoffs he seemed really afraid to "mess" up and would sometimes defer to teammates when it wasn't necessary, but he actually got a lot better and more comfortable as the games in the series went on. Lets not act like that grizz series wasn't one of the most physical playoff series in a while. The refs swallowed their whistles while ZBo was literally punching blake griffin in the face. He showed spin moves, up and unders and some nice fakes.. He is a good passer too.

Thats stupid. He rarely got dunks in the playoffs and still put up 20 ppg. All while being hurt for the majority of games.

And he cant be more limited than Dirk who cant do sh1t but shoot.

LOL at shooting being something that can limit you when you are 7 feet tall, can play outside and inside, and nobody can block your shot.

Lets be real, if Bosh and Aldridge were healthy we wouldnt even be discussing this. Blake will get in by default.

Blake is better than Aldridge. Dude is Melo at PF. Just a ballstopping volume shooter

:heh: Dirk working out the post>>>>>>>>>Griffin's offensive game as a whole right now. I don't even dislike Griffin but his whole game is based on athleticism right now.

But you're acting like he shouldn't be considered for the Olympic team. And that's just crazy.

I'm not acting like that.

The OP was :noah: that Blake was asked to work for a spot on the team, that he though he should be guaranteed a spot.

Stuff like this. After watching international play, you don't see how a long 7ft that can shoot fits in?

Over Anthony Davis And Odom. Then u n1ggaz just start bringing other dudes up.

Why should he be guaranteed a spot over them?

Big are hurt. So they need another one. So they grabbed the best available pf in the league, a guy that's played with them in 2004 and 2010 and played well and the college player of the year and want them to fight for that spot.

Odom is damn near in the mold of an international big and Davis, well at least in college, is a guy with length that can protect the paint.

They're gonna have to compete for that spot. Is Odom's head right, will Davis' abilities translate when playing against grown men, can Blake fit in with what we're trying to do.

I brought up Aldridge because coaches stated what they were looking for in a big man and how Aldridge fit in. Those skills are why Odom fit in 04 and 2010, why Love, Bosh, Howard and Chandler fit.

It's why before everyone got hurt, we had threads where we discussed that Bynum wouldn't be a good option because his game didn't fit the international game. So when people say the same about Blake, it's not about people hating on Blake, we're discussing how his game fits with international play.
