I'm telling you, you guys should do a youtube show that you record and make a podcast out of it as well.
Also you have too many host, that will be chaotic. You have to let the people vote and decide who they want to host what segment if that doesn't work out and they are whack then they are replaced with another nominee for that same slot.

I like this idea. I would just add that we need to have deadlines in order to make progress.
People will keep putting shyt off and waiting around for the next man to organize things. When should we do the vote?

We should start next week Monday and maybe hold the poll open for two days or so? Start with the main host and have the people choose 2-4 options. not sure how many main host we should have but I'm thinking three or four so we should solidify that this weekend between today and tomorrow. Then we jump into the other category.
I say the hiphop commentary section and entertainment might be okay as it is. Cause four people can work if they gel right.
The Social Commentary section is also way too big and could use some trimming. The ones with specifications or Parenthesis after their name could stay but their is way too many. There should be about three or four females and maybe three or four males. Maybe even two females and two males and the other people listed without parenthesis can call into the show or we could do it through google hangout where they jump in and say there piece. You don't need all those people because we should probably take some guest anyway to add that aspect to things.
Even in sports, you got way too many boxing nikkas, cut that down to three or four and make the rest call in during the sports section. We need some for basketball or better yet some folks who are well rounded in all and have one sports section like a sports run down on the radio type shyt.nikkas could even talk shyt during the games if they into that sort of thing.
General fukkery can be four and though I think it's cool if they have their own section they can also be regular contributors who call in or join via google hangout and just cause chaos. These folks will just get real wild, probably people who like to get high, smoke the ganja and drink that come in on some funny shyt or that are just genuinely funny.
I'm not sure what behind the scenes would entail but maybe that could get a trim down as well.
Also maybe a three hour show done on fridays? or a few different shows? With the contributors making videos or something in the week. That could be ill.
These are just a few ideals but if we doing this coli thing it got to be legit and this can't be no bootleg run down shyt here. If people are going to get on the cam they should have decent webcam and if not they should do audio only.

first thing should be audition tapes... do it just like any other company would do it.. like martin with he demo tape
you can't just say "he's a good poster" so that means he'll be great on film and podcasts.. what's the voice like? how fast is he on the fly? does he studder? can he translate an infinite amount of time and thought to make a post, to a 2 minute speaking segment on the same subject?
those who want to be hosts, should be given 3-4 threads/topics... they have 5-10 mins to speak on them as if it's a show.. and submit them in that same thread..
next thread should be the vote.. all "tapes" should be in the OP and everyone gets one vote..
really this cant be a youtube show unless both hosts are close and can meet up every week right? nobody wants to see a split screen youtube show.. but a podcast can be done through audio and engineered correctly to kill dead air and sound like they are together...
but that's for later... first thing before any part is given to an actor, voice actor, show host, etc.... is the audition

Can't be one vote because their are a few different people who will fill certain roles. Like the main host might be two people, the sports might be four people and so and so forth so if people vote on that then we need them to choose numerous people.
As for them getting up nah, it don't need that. It can be split screen and done like a video podcast. We edit it and put the audio on sound cloud but use google hang out to add a live element or just leave it as a google show. Tommy c00nMayer does it and many people do it with the split screen. Plus some people might not want to be seen so do we not allow any host on that don't want to be seen but only want to speak or do we accept that?
Other then that great ideal with the demo tape and everything you said man. I even say we give them each the same bullet points and criteria and have them do them demo tape around that, the same thread essentially that way they can't pick and choose. If they don't like it they got to make it appealing because that's how it will be sometimes. Then they will need to get together behind the scenes once everyone is chosen by way of some kind of conference call to build chemistry and organize.

True but im talking as far contributors, I feel the same as you though. It's one thing fi they get a number and people call in or people jump in the google hang out but for the host and contributors I think they should show their face. Only thing is if they have a bad webcam or something.
