Can't be one vote because their are a few different people who will fill certain roles. Like the main host might be two people, the sports might be four people and so and so forth so if people vote on that then we need them to choose numerous people.

As for them getting up nah, it don't need that. It can be split screen and done like a video podcast. We edit it and put the audio on sound cloud but use google hang out to add a live element or just leave it as a google show. Tommy c00nMayer does it and many people do it with the split screen. Plus some people might not want to be seen so do we not allow any host on that don't want to be seen but only want to speak or do we accept that?

Other then that great ideal with the demo tape and everything you said man. I even say we give them each the same bullet points and criteria and have them do them demo tape around that, the same thread essentially that way they can't pick and choose. If they don't like it they got to make it appealing because that's how it will be sometimes. Then they will need to get together behind the scenes once everyone is chosen by way of some kind of conference call to build chemistry and organize.

i guess that would be the first vote... this is why you need a show runner/executive producer... one person who's going to be the final word on all these things. i agree we need voting.. but at the end of the day, we can't have 15 separate votes and 50 people trying to make decisions

Well for the sports the banter would be better but there would need to be a moderator who will be the main host who organizes most of this. They would go person by person introducing the main bullet points and addressing it as a group with the moderator keeping the peace and allowing them to talk one at a time and to stick to time restraints.

In fact maybe there should be a few different shows, that could work. Where the sports show is it's own show and etc etc, with a main show of sorts where they just come and do a sports run down with just one or two people. Also indeed, we need an executive producer I don't have any experience and am not sure who does.

"Have a Podcast Brehs"

We gonna need:

1. An intro

Preferably one that is incorporating this drop

2. A set of reoccurring segments for every week.

Example: L of the week (notable people who took a loss in public)

Threaded: discussion of threads that had the most noteworthy topics

Maybe a Black Twitter segment? Call it Tweets is watching


3. 2-3 hosts with good on air chemistry. 2 men one woman or one of each.


Now, if people are serious--like EYE am we gonna need some other brehs to step up to the plate and take this shyt forreal.

Taxstone being locked up has opened a big lane in the podcast world and we have enough clout behind this board to capitalize off of his absence.
