This the most important issue.The only way this really takes off the right way is with consistency.
There must be a zero tolerance policy for the "I couldn't make it because _____" shyt and there should be at least a few full length trial episodes so we can collectively critique and fine tune the format before taking it public.
At least of month of finding a set group who will show up consistently and gain cohesion.
I actually really love this title.
SUGGESTION: To combat people flaking, lets reduce the workload and separate the research from the presentations. Whoever is going to be in front of the camera will have to work on his swag,charisma and delivery,etc. For each segment someone else should do the research and write the material, have it vetted and then present it to the presenter for presentation to the audience. We can have Writer-presenter teams for each segment or topic. Both writer and presenter have to comfortable with the material and passionate about the subject matter to a degree.
Coming up with material is going to be easy for a lot of topics. The material is right here on thecoli already. And i suggest all writers start research from within already started thecoli threads. Take that ''gems when dealing with women thread'' all the material is there for a great segment that will resonate with just about everybody on some level. Its now Just a matter of condensing it to sub sections and bullet points before handing it off to a charismatic host to sprinkle in jokes,personal stories and some celebrity chatty patty examples to prove points raised.

You need to have a white dude as a mediator to not scare off some the demographics 
If we're gonna go with the 2 men, 1 woman layout, we have to be extremely selective in the woman we choose for the following reasons. She's outnumbered by two men and men tend to talk over women, we can NOT have the type of woman who will allow the male hosts to interrupt her points without pushing back and insisting that she's allowed to finish. She must be assertive and not fall into the space many woman podcasters exist in, where she's pretty much just along for the ride and to serve as a yes woman to her male counterparts' points.

There just needs to be a podcast for each section
Its optimal to have 4 members, dialog between 3-4 people is always more interesting than among two.
People need to be either extremely versed in what they are going to talk about or well spoken/good speaking voice. Mostly because they are going to represent a "brand now..." Its not like its just some peoples random podcast.
If you doing the podcast for jbo, you need to be a pervy yet funny confident dude/chick.
Arcade- you need to more than a playstation. being nerdy here doesn't matter like in other areas
TLR- you need to be able to crack jokes, rip people and talk on the mic with ease.
Sports- Is probably the most important area as far as revenue and bringing more people to the site. So this group needs to be vetted and thought out seriously.
The booth- same thing as with sports but to a lesser extent, you want some old heads in there with new bloods.
The film room also has a bunch of dudes that stay on top of the latest and greatest news.
A higher learning and 6 cert podcast joint would be the ones I'm most interested in.
Oh and TSC of course, that sells itself tho. those are some of the more hardcore and talented members.
