My list is more then just acting ability. Its about name, marketabilty, etc. Smith has that. Not many black actors can play lead and be successful at the box office. Not many black actors can carry franchises. Will can. When Will smiths name is attached to a project, ppl are going to the theartres to see it. Guys like Freeman, Whittaker, etc may technically be better actors. But they don't have Smith's other characteristics. And like I said hes not a bad actor in the least. nikkas in here acting like Will is on Ice T, LL Cool J level. Plus hes a versatile actor. I don't see Freeman at any point in his career doing Ali, POH then switching it up to do Hancock or Bad Boys. And this is coming from someone who thinks Will is a fakkit whos doing a horrible job raising kids

And lets get this out the way. New Jack City is an overrated movie that has aged horribly. It does not compare to the hood movies of BITH, Menace, etc. Its kind of like the dikk Tracy of hood movies. And I mean that literally with its over the top wardrobe, set designs, plots, dialouge(sit yo five dollar bill ass down before I make change ) Blade was decent in the first movie but went completely to shyt. Then the rest of Snipes filmography is generic, over the top 90s action flicks that no one would bother mentioning today. To say he is the GOAT is fukking laughable
