He's good at what he does, playing one-note cool characters in action/thriller movies. He's a black John Travolta/Nic Cage that doesn't take on risky roles (or drama)

There's no way he could of did a better job than Denzel in Malcolm X. People talk about Denzel playing the same character but Art of War, U.S. Marshals, and Passenger 57 were pretty much the same character but he's still a good actor tho

I'm guessing you haven't because no one who has seen Liberty Stands Still would call WS role (or the movie on the whole) dramatic. So ok he's done 3-4 movies that are "drama" but dude has been acting for almost 30 years.
