Wesley is a legend.

Willie Mays Hayes, Simon Phoenix, Sidney Deane, Nino Brown, Blade and whatever his name was in US Marshals are all classic performances. Plus dude is legit black belt in multiple disciplines. Don't disrespect this man.

Yeah Wesley is well known for his acting range.

I don't think dude is sh!tting on Denzel or Sam I respect both of them but they do tend to play themselves in their roles. In some movies Snipes will actually change his voice, for example his Blade voice sounds doesn't sound much like his regular voice. Every now and there it may come out in certain lines he says but it's pretty different. Over his career he has tried to switch it up, from drama, action, comedy etc.

He can play virtually any type of role well. ANY. His range if far greater than anyone elses I can think of. He can do action, drama, comedy, comic book stuff, good guys and bad guys. You think Will Smith could have pulled off Blade or New Jack? He also has the fewest amount of duds and has never c00ned on camera as far as we know.

When it comes to overall performance, OP is correct. A lot of you posters are just being extremely biased because your blown away by certain actors particular performances.

lookin at it more id say not only is he a more versatile actor than most the dudes on the lists he coulda arguably pulled off some off their roles better than they did... these dudes just got iconic roles we all love for whatever reason but aside from the great dramatics like Freeman, Earl Jones, Jackson, Poitier, Gossett just off their presence, i think he coulda played most these dudes roles easily....

a lot of Washington, Smith, Glover, Whitaker, Cheadle movies i think he coulda did better... he may not be the GOAT but hes up there one one of the most versatile actors....
