He won't hear any boo birds at the garden...

Everyone in NY is blaming Dolan's stupidass, not Lin...

Lin did what he was told to do by the Knicks and sought a better offer...Dolan is the retard that claimed he'd sign dude up to a billion...:smh:

Knicks stay being an embarrassment...

....dude is a GREAT hustler. He went from making less than a milll to 25 mill plus some.

He's HIP HOP.

Its funny how some great players take put cuts to travel to another team in hopes of winning a champ, while other players out hustle in order to maximize on the dollars.

It will be interesting to see what Lin does in a few years when he has made all this money and whether he would consider taking a pay cut in order to play for a contender.

young role players dont take paycuts

true. Lin being a Harvard grad outsmarted the NBA and is going to be caking. Its great that a young role player such as Lin who was cut several times can switch the tables and do what is best for him.

he didnt outsmart anyone he got lucky. he has some talent and he works hard but the asian sensation is luck. he didnt plan for hysteria to surround him and that hysteria is why he got the contract

Obviously he was smart enough to test the marketand realize his worth. He outsmarted the Knicks by obtaining a consultant without telling the knicks first and then managed to turn $788,000 into $25 million plus.

This is alittle bit more than just luck, this is financial intelligence on Lin's part. His Harvard education is paying off.

Luck would have been Lin going into a grocery story, scratching off a lotto ticket and winning the jackpot.

I think he's talking about what lead to all of this in the first place.

I mean... the man had the nerve to sign with another team over joining the Knicks.

No but they will be saying the exact or paraphrase Floyd Mayweather which I thought was an astute comment but he got hammered and called racist even though it was not racist.

"Jeremy Lin, is a good player. He's getting the attention because he's asian."

I'm waiting to see how they make Melo become the villain in this

I know it's coming, just don't know how/when

How they'll make Melo the villain? Dude has been the villain. The Knicks could have signed Lin and then Lin and Melo could have released a joint statement about how they're looking forward to playing w/ each other and people would have still found a way to shyt on Melo.
