Knicks should do that in a second but i don't think Ainge is offering anything as good. Knowing Ainge he is going to want a pick back for Bradley

I think Otto Porter could be better in a bigger role than third offensive option. But I think it's a waste to bid on him knowing the Wiz will match. If KCP could be had though, 23 years old and has been close to 15 ppg two years running. He was looking like an absolute stud early and I'm not sure if locker room issues, fatigue or injury slowed him down but he fell off a bit. That's a guy that I'd pay handsomely though, great defender and has offensive upside to boot. I'd rather swing at KCP than bring in THJ.

KCP would be a great move.

No one wants the team to lose on purpose, the young players should go out and compete, and the team should deal what whatever the result of that is. When people say tank I think the mean don't sign players who make the team mediocre and keep the team from trending in a meaningful direction; at least that's what I've always meant.

I've Only caught the first half of the Mavs game, but it sounds like Dotson has been the only bright spot on the active summer league roster. I've heard mixed or negative reviews just about everybody else though.

Artis has done enough for a camp invite. He can shoot it and seems like he's gotten more and more comfortable each game out. Layberie might get in due to lack of anyone else shining but I'd rather just invite someone from a different summer league team who shows out tbh.

A good tank is just having youngn's ball and learn throughout an entire season, as opposed to having a player like Melo and other vets on the squad for half the season only to reach 20 - 30 wins then realizing they should tank. That's typically been the case for the Knicks. For a legit tank Knicks gotta move Melo and these other unnecessary vets, or just reduce the # of vets for the sake of leaving a couple of mentors.
