This is not 1993 anymore, no one really cares about a snoop and dre album.

More importantly a lot of the people who might care don't even know it came out.

I also wonder how much the tour situation plays a factor. A lot of these older rappers aren't touring consistently and when they do the shows are wack. It's hard to maintain your fanbase or keep them engaged like that. Compared to rock bands that regularly tour and become machines on stage at some point, unless drugs are in the way.

I skimmed through the album but had no desire to check it. Just out of respect for Dre finally releasing something.

I always felt older artists put on great shows. Are you talking about anyone in particular?
