The following are all venomous snakes in the South. None of these regularly have a lime-green tint to their belly (though copperheads and water moccasins have a lime-green tail). There may be exceptions (some timber rattlesnakes have some lime-green to the belly, not always), but it's definitely not the norm for venomous snakes to have a lime-green tint to the belly
