Phillips wake up light completely changed my mornings. I set a slow pace for lights on and gentle music / birds chirping it makes things really pleasant.

It was too heavy for me at first, but now I can’t sleep without it. It just makes you feel “hugged”? The only con is I may have to have it dry cleaned, I haven’t tested it in the washer yet, I sleep with a sheet underneath
