Roland had update. Town got concessions out of lawsuit and gets to keep charter via NAACP lawsuits:




The town was always going to keep their charter.

And the concession is that instead of submitting every expenditure over $100, they'll submit everything over $1000 for approval first.

The County got what they wanted
