While lifting how much weight were you losing per week?
i lifted from the get go
id say the first 3 months: 3lbs a week
3 months after that: 1-2
recent months til present: <1
ive also tapered my calorie deficit the last month and a half, in an attempt to recoup strength gains, so technically ive been "close" to clean bulking
i can feel each separation in my abs if i can just lose pure fat somehow for 2 weeks
