Some random thoughts and observations
The smaller you are the harder big lifts are, getting momentum and also the lack of the same base in your legs is so noticeable. I have to be much more strict than i used too(or maybe i just pay attention more)

i cant just fukk/jagoff once anymore, im going for 2-3 even 4 rounds
My appetite for sweet foods is starting to kick in, but im fighting the urge. All i takes is one bite and you usually satisfied. Im trying small servings here and there maybe twice a week to hold me over.
If i dont hit 150g+ protein a day i feel like shyt the next, let this be a warning to cutters who been following my progress
