While lifting how much weight were you losing per week?

i lifted from the get go

id say the first 3 months: 3lbs a week

3 months after that: 1-2

recent months til present: <1

ive also tapered my calorie deficit the last month and a half, in an attempt to recoup strength gains, so technically ive been "close" to clean bulking

i can feel each separation in my abs :ohlawd: if i can just lose pure fat somehow for 2 weeks :wow:

when i was fat during 2010, you and krack transforming always was on the back of my mind :wow:

i been killing about 200g protein a day @ 2100 cal :ooh:

Some random thoughts and observations

The smaller you are the harder big lifts are, getting momentum and also the lack of the same base in your legs is so noticeable. I have to be much more strict than i used too(or maybe i just pay attention more)

my dikk and balls are the biggest in my entire life :wow: and i wasnt small foreal before, but my balls :ohlawd: i cant just fukk/jagoff once anymore, im going for 2-3 even 4 rounds :ohlawd:

My appetite for sweet foods is starting to kick in, but im fighting the urge. All i takes is one bite and you usually satisfied. Im trying small servings here and there maybe twice a week to hold me over.

If i dont hit 150g+ protein a day i feel like shyt the next, let this be a warning to cutters who been following my progress :merchant:

preciate ya

yeah, i was a salty fukk when i was fat(if we havent noticed)

ill say this tho, after this semester im going to have to reanalyze how i partition all my mental energy. I dont know how low i got bodyfat-wise when i was 149 but the burnout on your mind is woah

im welcoming this bulk, and im really hoping to make great gains.

gonna push SL til 255 Squat(currently 195) then transition back to PHAT and see how much i can do with higher numbers

my biggest goals now that ive lost weight is to really maximize my numbers with weighted dips/chinups i have a feeling that the fact i can do them now means im going to bust through old plateaus and finally look like i lift

what they do is give you a product at a discount and you participate in such and such competition and if you win they give you money etc

but you release the rights for them to use your likeness(progress pics)

officially started PHAT this weekend, hoping for some size

i figure PHAT will either be 8-10 weeks before going back towards increasing strength

sidenote:

weighted dips and chinups up to 20lbs now :ahh: i think the dips are paying off big time

bench is up to 165 for reps, which matches my best while i was fat, wont be long til im in the 180s+

mild soreness in my left knee(inside tendon)
