body weight dips have improved from 3x3 => 3x8
chinups/pullups have improved from 3x3 => 3x11
pike press have improved from 3x5 => 3x9(feet are steadily getting higher)
im seeing a defined separation between my pecs + my shoulders, love handles are non existant in the mornings....im so close
sometimes i bytch to my friends why cant it just come from my lower stomach but i know the truth. To other folks trying to cut it really is a process and the lower you get the slower it gets, but stay diligent
i wanna set an example for everyone(and then turn my results into money as a personal trainer on the side
