bronkaid and primatene tabs discontinued at all pharmacies in my area :to:

recomp 2 week lifting results after maintaining 152lbs:

Squat 225 -> 255 3x5
Deadlift 255 -> 285 3x5
Bench 155 -> 165 5x5(:rambo:)
Row 165 -> 175 5x5
OH Press 105 -> 105
Barbell Curl 95 -> 105 (:shaq: PR)

Cutting numbers:
1400-1600 cals per day @ 160g protein

Lifting Goals:
increase bench and row to 185
increase Squat to 285
increase deadlift to 315

all 3x5 or 5x5

Just copped 2 2.5 lb plates

Should be able to progressively load again. 10lbs is alot for OH press when moving up :to:

Dumb questions:

What exactly do you mean "recomp over" and "cutting"

Recomping loosely means maintaining over a time frame(2 weeks in my case), I had come off EC stack for 2 weeks

The purpose was too stabilize my weight/lifts after cutting for so many months
now

@kool I've deadlifted 6 plates for 3 reps(1 set) :jawalrus:
