& Myfitnesspal got you on the calories, & protein is fairly simple if you use the "consume your body weight in protein" logic

ive always felt if you are between 5'10 and 6'3 you shouldnt weigh more than 200 pounds max unless you play sports actively

Eh I agree,

& If you're between 5'10 and 6'3 230+ pounds with low bodyfat & mostly lean muscle you on dat juice

Protein shake in the morning and at night. You should atleast be getting 200-220g of protein and 3000 of good protein. Limit that cardio...that'll burn your calories. Patience and lift. :whoo:

Sorry 4 being lazy, but what kind of protein shake and how fast did u gain those pounds? I downloaded that Myfitnesspal, trying to gain like a pound every week.

I'd stay start with the 1/2pound a week and check your results after a couple months

Your body might not be used to the amount of calories needed to put on a whole lb a week & you end up :flabbynsick: but eh lemme know how it works!
