i've been hitting up these odwalla protein drinks lately that have 32g of protein and 53g of carbs w/410 calories a bottle, they're the same price as muscle milk at my grocery store so it was a no brainer. plus go to the u-scan and just steal like 2 or 3 of them
we'll see, I just started working out seriously last week. these odwalla's are GOAT right now. Best carb to protein ratio i could find in the store. I think im gonna start getting powder though because there is a lot of god damn sugar in this shyt. Why the fukk does everything have insane amounts of sugar? shyt is annoying.hows it working for you

NOTHING is better than Whey. Period. Science. And a Whey/Casein blend is even better.
Mix some Whey with milk for much better protein at 1/3rd of the price. Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey if you are looking for quality at a reasonable price. Syntha 6 if you are looking for the best possible flavor (S6 also has fat and fiber and some carbs)
If you want more quick carbs added to it, add in 50g of Dextrose. Even if you are trying to avoid sugar, eating dextrose at breakfast and/or post workout aint that big of a deal. If you really really really don't want the sugar, man up and eat some oatmeal with it.

fukk hemp protein powder unless you are a vegan. Seriously. Whey is the best and it is much cheaper. Zero reason to use hemp.
Increasing your calories properly won't cause flabby & sick weight gain, have you even researched?
Good luck putting on lean muscle mass without increasing your calories, hit that wall in 3 months & wonder why you aren't making gains "oh, it's just because it'll take a while"
