I've been using the Pharrell Human Race Line paired with Kiehls toner, Super Serum, Daytime Oil, and Midnight oil. I've always had great skin, but this combo has done good with oil control.

I have the Human Race kit as well but didn't think to pair it with anything else. Will definitely look at the Kiehls products. Cost of entry for these products is no joke tho. Human Race kit was $100 and that shyt is selling like crazy. I gave it a hard look since he linked with a Black skin care professional who had helped Pharrell with his skin for 15+ years

The midnight oil is a combo of cheap oils if you don't mind buying 3-4 different products to save hundreds.

You are supposed to shed, but it shouldn’t be too much hair in your hand.

Nah it’s just annoying little bits when I comb or brush or shampoo. I’m sweeping the bathroom constantly lol

lol it’s probably normal. If it seems abnormal, it could be a product you already use.

I love using Olaplex. Whenever my hair is feeling off, I make sure to do a treatment.

Is it full strands of hair (you'll see the bulb at the end) or broken off bits? A bit of shedding of full strands is normal; short, broken off bits every time you style your hair isn't.

I forgot about this test. If you see a bulb on the ends of your hair, it is natural/normal shedding. If you don't, it's breakage.

@In Our Angelhood What are your thoughts on microneedling or vampire facials? Would someone with dermatosis papulosa nigra be able to get them?
My skin is way to sensitive for peels so I think this is the next best option unless you have other ideas.
Also, I found a hidden gem-virgin chia seed oil. Really helps with superficial dark spots but as far as the ones that are much deeper, nothing topical seems to work so I think I'm at the point where I'm willing to invest a substantial amount of money to get the perfect skin that I want.

If you adopt an alkaline diet, stop eating processed poison/"food", sleep 8 hours at the exact same time..

Wash your face twice a day(using a neutral soap like glycerine soap or organic black soap) , exfoliate your face with a rock/sand and toothbrush, use coconut oil heavily before sleeping, and always always rinse off your face with cold running water.

Repeat the process for at least 3 months and incorporate jogging or biking first thing in the morning.

Your "skin" will "clear up", translation :
You're no longer sick and the skin(particularly face) is always one the main indicators of ill health.

But that takes dedication and discipline.

These "products" being suggested here are extremely detrimental long term.
You should not use anything on your skin that you can't eat or would burn your tongue.

Can post pictures for you non belivers.:yeshrug:
Will be 30 this year :wow:
