What did he do in that game that was "bad"? He was forced to play different lineups because Klay went down injured and Curry got into foul trouble - this is all without mentioning Iggy was out. Three starters out of the game at inconvenient times. That was on Durant to steady the ship, instead, he failed miserably; jacking up dumb shots and not being aggressive when he needed to be.

Kerr was yelling in the 4th to get them to move the ball, but they'd rather dribbled out the shot clock and forced up dumbass shots in ISO. There's only so much a coach can do if the team isn't sticking to the system/process.

Kerr didnt use his timeouts effectively in the 4th. There were a couple times where he needed to refocus his team. The Warriors let Houston steal this game

He was calling timeouts all throughout the game trying to refocus the team - they just weren't responding, especially when Curry was out of the game. That was on Durant settling for too many jumpshots / not getting into the paint, not moving the ball and general passiveness. He was due a bad game after playing well all throughout the playoffs, but this performance was especially bad.
