I put like 300 hours in it. I beat everything. The only good DLC is "dragonborn." The others are trash.
Holy shyt @ 300 hours. When you say everything that includes random side missions?

Random ass question. Are there warp points like in Zelda? Can go you anywhere like Zelda on the top of mountains and shyt? Can you actually ride dragons?

Was planning on buying an xbox one x and would've considered buying it there but xbox one x ain't worth buying until they release a new halo with local split screen.
You're wrong, so so wrong. And with your limited options, Xbox is your best option because of all the free games you'll get. Then all the games you missed out on are cheap as shyt. Like $5 cheap. Gamepass is cheap and can be free If you do a handful of "Bing" searches a day. The X will give you enhanced versions of old games. Its perfect for you, scouts honor

I'm not playing all those games. My gaming habits consist of choosing two or three games I like and playing them for 2 to 3 years straight. With Xbox One X the only games I wanted was a new Halo with actual split screen that was announced earlier this year, that made me want the xb1x but during E3 not a peep was heard from 343. Wanted Crackdown 3 but it was delayed, they cancelled Scalebound which I was looking forward to....do you see a pattern here? Microsoft don't give a fukk enough about games. None of the games I want to play are on Xbox One. 1st no news. 2nd delayed and 3rd cancelled.

You don't have an Xbox to know what it has. You thinking you'd only like the games you named is just weird. And why is split screen play so important?

I've owned xboxes since 2002 because of Halo. 343 Industries let me and many others down with Halo 5. I know what games are out because up until 2014 I have been an xbox gamer for 12 years and I still read the news about xbox games and watch lets play vids.

I cannot believe your asking me this shyt about splitscreen. Do you not have any friends in real life? No relatives to play with? Classmates? Coworkers? Da fukk?

No couch co-op in halo is the only reason I don't own an xbox one. I've been playing Halo with family and friends for 12 years man. You don't just throw away 12 years of tradition and LAN parties and expect there to be no consequences.

I do have friends, they grew up, have families. My daughter could play Halo if she liked it. You sound retarded. They did away with the feature because it's not that popular. Nobody wants to share a screen. Do you have a son you wanted to play with? Then get a 2nd Xbox, a second tv and you can eat off the same digital copy. You can have a full screen, and you can stop dying because you couldn't see.

Now, once you get past your bullshyt presets you might learn that halo 5 is the best halo ever made by far. You chose not to give it a chance, ok. Well that's your fault. You really can't determine that 2 out of 500 games are worth your time when you've played none of them. They are made to entertain you, you don't create your own experience and you should stop thinking you know better because all you're really doing is missing out

Have fun with the worst version of skyrim which is an old ass last gen game. You really thought this thru :tu:

'Nobody wants to share a screen'

False. That statement shows that you don't have friends in real life or family members that will play with you. I'm sorry... makes me wonder why you own a Switch since couch co-op is its main selling point besides portability.

Every first-person shooter Halo game from now on will have split-screen, developer 343 has said.

Halo 5 launched without split-screen, much to the annoyance of long-term fans of the series. At the time, then 343 chief Josh Holmes said the decision to remove split-screen from Halo 5 "was one of the most difficult ones we've ever had to make as a studio".

"We know that for many of our fans, Halo has meant playing together with friends in the same room," he said. "We all have great memories of past Halo split-screen multiplayer matches.

"To move Halo's gameplay forward and deliver a true next-gen experience, tough choices had to be made. Our decision was driven by a desire for scale, fidelity and focus to ensure that we would deliver the best quality experience possible.

"With Halo 5 we are delivering massive scale environments, improved AI behaviour, increased visual and gameplay fidelity... something that truly takes advantage of a new platform. Many of our ambitious goals for Halo 5 would be compromised in a split-screen setting and the time spent optimising and addressing split-screen-specific issues would take focus from building other parts of the game.

"Game development is a balancing act of resources, time and technology, and in this case we made the tough decision to sacrifice something that's been near and dear to us all."

Now, in a talk at the DICE conference, 343 boss Bonnie Ross confirmed that the studio had learnt from its mistake.

"We've also had a lot of learnings along the way. When we fell down with multiplayer launch of MCC, or when we didn't put split-screen in with Halo 5, it was incredibly painful for the community and for us. It erodes trust with the community, as the community is a part of our world-building.

"A lot of learnings from that. I would say, for any FPS going out will have always have split-screen in going forward."

Ross' comments suggest the inevitable - but so far unconfirmed - Halo 6 will have split-screen, which is sure to delight some fans of the series. Halo has a wonderful history with local multiplayer, from LAN tournaments with Combat Evolved to taking on the campaign with a couch co-op friend in Halo 2. I spent countless hours soldiering through the campaigns of Bungie's Halo games split-screen with my brother on the hardest difficulty, and a lot of fun it was, too.

Every Halo FPS from now on will have split-screen

Yeah that includes random side quests and unmarked quests. Fast travel (warp points) are at every discovered location. It's more in-depth than Zelda. You can go up mountains...you can go anywhere. One of the dlcs lets you "kinda" fly a dragon, but it's not implemented well.

You sound like a compound kid, did you grow up on Neverland ranch? I asked if you play with your son and you didn't answer so the answer is no. Why is this feature important to you, you play with your mom huh man? That's cool. She's your friend and family so you can check both boxes, see, you're not socially awkward

Me? I play with friends and family all the time. I play with posters who you talk to on here. We don't exchange friend codes, we send invites. Friends and fam. For couch-co op I don't play with friends. I do play with my bytch tho, we're currently enjoying Cuphead and Gears 4 and Hidden in plain sight and Rayman Legends and Tumblestone and Lovers in a dangerous space time and Speedrunners together. So all that bullshyt you was talking is strange coming from a 24yr old virgin. The quoting of 343 conversations means nothing in the adult world. If Halo 6 is too demanding for split screen but is a great game then only you will be left bytching. Halo 5 online is so good you'll forget about all this nonsense once you finally get quality time with it. Or you can formulate your opinion thru the eyes of other gamers who obviously have the same gaming opinions as you do which is why most gamers only have a switch and are waiting for skyrim :francis:
